DefconShark For me it didn't work the 1st time i had to do it again for the achievements to unlock. The first time, i only got 1 achievement and when i tried to go in "achievements", i saw "0G" and it wouldn't load.
Then you would probably need to remove your profile from HDD, re-download it and try to rehash and resign your profile again in Horizon or whatever tool you prefer.
