You will only get the ending achievements for "the knife of dunwall" dlc, i would recommend playing once before using this save (legit order).
You will get "Cleaner Hands", "Redemptive Path" and "Whisper Ways"... Just walk forward, after the cutscene spare billy lurk. The Achievements should pop! Have fun with it
