Big thanx to williamf96 for the save and ibumudes:o for the editor.
First go to option and change the language to ENGLISH unless you know FRENCH
Select campaign-->load-->autosave (the 1st on top)
Bomb the annoiyng boss to death (5 sec top) then watch or skip the cutscenes 'til the very end.
Tried on a dummy account this save pops achievements in this order:
B.O.W. HUNTER=defeat 150 enemies
THE STORM IS GONE=clear episodes 10-12 (so be sure you have the others already)
THE DARK FOREST= clear game on casual or higher
THE SHORES OF PURGATORY=clear game on normal or higher
THE VESTIBULE OF HELL=clear game on infernal
If you want you can go to RAID MODE-->SOLO select any stage, kill 1 enemy end RETIRE.
You will have the achievement for reaching player level 5-10-20-30-40-50 in the correct order.
Currently I'm working on Normal with no deaths. Enjoy
