I personally dont think either of them are the best rappers ever... BUT if I had to pick between the two I would pick biggie smalls. Something about east coast rap that settles nicely with me.

West coast has a different vibe with me.

I'm a big rap fan, love the old school stuff. Love the new school also. But to be straight up, Kendrick is the best in my opinions. Once To Pimp a Butterfly was released, he became the GOAT in my opinion. TPAB is a work of art. Probably the album with the deepest meaning out there. That's just my opinion though.
