I do need a better mic but I honestly think the mic I'm using at the moment is good enough, I would like to hear some constructive criticism.

Your mic isn't too much of a problem, it's the low quality Madlib beat (i get it, it's an oldish beat, Doom rapped over it.) It's your flow, your lyrics don't really make sense, but it just sounds good. Make sure you have meaning in your lyrics, dont spit over a beat like a freestyle if it isn't a true freestyle, you have potential talent. and by the way don't mention killing yourself in a song multiple times.
