2. Go up until they are outside fighting cops
3. Pause, create invite only session
4. When spawned, call heli pickup from Merryweather
5. Kill pilot
6. Fly to where the Submarine spawns online (look it up if you dont know)
7. You should see Yankton when you're there, just keep flying

Thanks but does that mean you have to be past level like 30 something to have the heli pickup
