Im currently having a problem with my Cain and Abel on my Windows PC. That won't let me do sniff any IP. I have a TP Link Router. Basically what happens is whenever I go to Configure it says my Adapter is from ''Realtek'' when its from TP link ,and Its says my IP is 255.255.255.255, when is 192.168.1.1. Then because of this I cannot do anything. PLEASE HELP ME !

First thing first is to make sure you are running Cain and Able as a adminstrator, If that does not work, Disable firewall (If it is on) and see if the program needs updating.

The 255 number should be your subnet mask, not your IP. Also, make sure you have it configured correctly for your router. Are you connecting via WiFi or a wired connection?
