I need a good gaming laptop that is somewhat cheap. I go between my mom and dads a lot and can't really pack my desktop. link me something nice + cheap.

gaming laptop are not cheap. if you want something for gaming just build a pc it will be cheaper and you will be able to update for years:)

why do people like you always ignore that sometimes desktop PC's aren't an option... some people don't like sitting in the same place 24/7, or need something they can take with them around like OP, of course desktop PC's are cheaper and easier to upgrade but laptops are way more convenient, but I agree gaming laptops do NOT come cheap, there are only a few i could reccomend

OP, have a look at the Lenovo y500 (The laptop I use for gaming) it's quite cheap, and a beast for gaming, and looks sick

Others include the Asus G75 VW/VX, MSI GT70, Cyberpower Fangbook, XPLORER X6-9350

Of course for "quite cheap" i mean around $1200, less than that for a laptop and it's not bound to be very good, seriously if you want a gaming laptop, you're gonna need to be prepared to pay quite a bit of money since they don't come cheap, usually you could get about twice the specs if you spent the same amount on a desktop, but as i said already you can't take a desktop over to your friends house can you (without an insane amount of effort)
