every time i try to log in it says i have an invalid password then after a couple of trys it asked me to resend my password to my email so when i try it, it keeps coming up with

Resend email
An error occurred while sending email.

Can any one help

Your Password Or Email May Have Been Changed
Have You Tried Resetting Your Password?.
If Your Logged Into Elite On Your Xbox or Another Computer Sometime It Wont Let You Log Into Elite

i may have forgot my pass but when i try to send an email to reset my pass it dosent come through and yes i have logged onto elite on my xbox
