What exactly did you do when you were trying to License Transfer?

It's a simple process really, just try to do these simple things.

1. Sign into the account you want to License Transfer from (in this case, your other gamertag)

2. Go all the way over to your settings on the Dashboard, then Account. Find where it says something to do with Billing Options, click that and you'll see License Transfer.

3. It will say you could License Transfer (well, it should) and once it says you are able to just go to the Download History and start downloading the things you want.

I know Movies/TV shows that have been bought won't work, but other things will like DLC, GoD, etc

You can only Licence Transfer once every 4 months apparently so that might the problem if youve already did it

Try contacting xbox live support. I've never heard of this problem.

Can you write in English please? Is gtag a JTAG? Because then a license transfer would be stupid and almost impossible.
