I recently checked on myhermes to see what stage my parcel was at
It says:
hermes hub trailer via sorter at 4:10AM , and it's now 9:12AM on a Saturday. Will my parcel arrive to me today?
Whats the percentage of it arriving today?
Please help

Mail (where I live) usually needs to be sorted and sent to the post office by 8AM or it does not arrive until the next day, or in your case, Monday.
