My xbox is getting a Netflix error code r1211 and I already tried clearing the cache and deleting Netflix completely off. It also says User cannot instant watch. I can't even get the app running. Help ?

I think you have to clear the system cache. To do this go on My Xbox System Settings Memory Highlight ''Hard Drive'' and then press ''Y'' and then select ''Clear system cache'' and see if that works.

This happened to me once. It has nothing to do with your xbox, so don't worry. It's your Netflix. every now and then, Netflix on Xbox shuts down. you will just have to wait it out. or just use netflix on your computer. Clear system cache once more and restart you system, If that doesn't work, then just use your computer. Hope I helped.

Happened to me while watching the series 'LOST'.
I just waited for a while, played a game and checked back later.
It worked fine, I'm not even sure why it did this.
