okay when i go on xbox.com its fine when i click sign in i get an error like this.
The site's security certificate is signed using a weak signature algorithm!

You should not proceed, especially if you have never seen this warning before for this site.
i clicked proceed anyway and nothing loads just a white screen, i clicked my accounts same thing i clicked proceed and it worked fine, but i cant sign in on this computer, what should i do?

Never seen that.
and the signature is verified by Microsoft so its hardly weak.
you could have a virus or are not actually on the xbox site

i had avg but it got uninstalled when i try to install it says extracting but dosent do anything after that point, so do you know any good anti-virus software please?

for free use avast.
also malwarebytes is pretty good.
im using xbox.com now and its working perfectly with no errors.
what browser are you using?

nah chrome is fine.
but i did a quick google search and it could be malware
malwarebytes should find it and remove if that is the problem

mozilla firefox = it works!! thanks, and i getting another anti-virus program so thanks guys, and why did google chrome have that error and mozilla firefox does not?
