You can pre-order this game any time before it comes out in GameStop, or maybe if you have a Slingers.

Most retailers already have it available for pre-order. If you want to pre-order online, you can do that through Amazon and possibly even Gamestop.

If you have any side game stores unlike toysrus, gamestop,ect
like find a game store that does not have a franchise, i went to my local store and i can get the game 2 weeks early then the release date
