Is He Using .GSC Files? A Lot Of People Have Been Saying He Is And If He Is I'm Gonna Start Messing With The Game Files To Get Them Working.

no as of now he is apparently using cfgs to recover accounts or he is using .gsc to recover on a older server update which no one can connect do as he is on TU6 but blocking the update for TU7

But if he were doing that wouldn't he be able all type of other patches, also his mod menu would be full of ALOT more things

I thought he was stating carters .gsc mods not the half breed cfg/cmd mods which are modified dvars and cmds
