This has happened to two of my Xboxs, I've tried everything I could find online, and neither of them are fixed yet. Confused

Motto: I hate people.

No hotswapping isn't the problem.

The problem is the actual disk tray.

When I got this problem, whilst it does it's little spin is tap the magnet until the game spins properly.

Or you can send it in for a repair at a local place, xbox won't now you've voided the warranty.
