When i try to open Modio it says:" Unable to find version of the runtime to run this application" PLEASE HELP ME?!

This is the third time you've posted this.
To fix the this issue, try the following steps:
1. Download the .NET Framework cleanup tool and choose to clean up the version of the .NET Framework that is causing problems on your system

2. Once the cleanup has finished uninstalling .NET framework, re-install it again.

To see if you have .NET installed, do the following:
1. Click Start
2. Select Control Panel, and then double-clicking the Add or Remove Programs icon, or Programs and features, whatever you have there.
3. When that window appears, scroll through the list of applications. If you see Microsoft .NET Framework (VERSION) listed, reply back of which version you have.

i have been having problems with horizon, would it work for it?
What is the problem you are getting?
