What is ur lifting max?

Power Clean:
Hang Clean:
Incline:

My maxes Im 17 and im 230lbs 5'10''

Bench:290
Squat:495
Power clean: 245
Hang Clean: 235
Incline: 250

I weigh 160 pound and creatine after workout sometimes and I have been working out for a 3 months.

Bench: 200 MAX so far (I Forgot the plates i had on the Bar)
Squat: 235 (2 45's on each side plus a 5 on each side)
Power Clean: 135 ( 45, 45, +45 Bar )
Hang Clean: 130ish
Incline: i think it was 45 or 40
Deadlift - my MAX was 265

Im 6,1 . 200 Pound 8th Grader getting ready for HS Football

I haven't ever done bench except for this year. Next year I'm doing pe weight training, my bench max right now is like 95.

lol your squat is less then bench? wow thats weird lol and ur deadlift is way more then ur squat. ive never seen that before.
