I do not see how I violated any rules and was not told in the rules that posting an image was considered spam, unless it was an off-topic image..

Please could you tell me where it states in the rules that posting an image (on topic) is considered spam? Because atleast 75% of the TTG photo album are images that are on topic.

2.1 We do not tolerate spam. In short, do not post small or useless posts that are not relevant to the topic being discussed.

2.2 Do not PM a moderator or admin numerous times saying the same thing to try and speed up an answer/problem. We receive the PM's you get. There is no need to keep sending it.

2.3 Forum sigs are to be used respectfully, thetechgame already has to display ads to cover the running costs, so don't annoy our members by making your sig into your personal ad revenue opportunity. (ie: advertising and/or reference/affiliate codes in your sig is prohibited).

2.4 Advertising on The Tech Game is strictly prohibited.

2.5 Microsoft Points Generators -All of these are fake, and mostly contain link's to virus's. If you post them on the forums then you will be I.P Banned from the site and not allowed to return. We do not care if you have 5 posts or 5000, we will not allow this spam on the forums.

Please tell me how I was breaking the rules. I have already had one pointless warning from a moderator, I really don't want another. I don't want to post the warning itself as that would be breaking the rules.
