ya if you dont do this is saves when you save obviouslly, wait, enter some buildings, fast travel, and when you go a certain time playing.

if you do what you say it cuts out all the saves besides manually saving and time playing autosaves which means you make the game load faster and it also increases the overall performance of the game.

1: press select on your xbox controller
2: select the amount of time you want to wait in that area
3: press the A button on your controller to start waiting
4: to make it go faster, press the giant X button in the middle of the controller
5: depending on how long you waited, you will have to check every few seconds
