2) Stick with a main color scheme. red navigation with a blue featured ribbon is awkward. change the theme to one color, if its black and white... try to keep the navigation back and white.

3) rateing stars are in a awkward postion and color wise seems legit... but its too eye catchy. If you turn your head and look at the Website you see red, Blue, and Yellowish Orange. And you eyes where suited to the yellow first. Try to have the headers and Content get the attention of the eye. not the detail that is ef'ie.
