Help with Chemistry!

Right so I need help with this piece of chemistry.
Its something to do with negative and positive something or other. My teacher mentioned "Ions"

I've done most of them but I need help on the last few.
Can you tell me the answer and how you got there.
Einsteins needed! (Wait, wasn't he a physicist? Trollin

)

Magnesium Nitrate
Mg²⁺ , N^3-

Ammonium Sulphate
NH⁴⁺ , S^2- , AND I think O^2-

EDIT: I CAN use google, but wikipedia is not helping me with all its gibberish, so I'm not sure how the entire equation works

Anyway, that's not really what I wanted, I can use google but I don't know how to write it out
