If they're not there then skip disabling these ports,
if they are all dis selected; select "Ok" then "Ok",

Setting up Firewall:
Under the start menu select "Control Panel" then select "Windows Firewall" then select "Change Settings" then under "Exceptions" tab you want to add ports (6 Ports), Heres How You Do This.

Then click "Add Port" then edit to the following:

Name: Xbox 88 UDP
Port Number: 88
Protocol: UDP
Select: Ok

Then click "Add Port" then edit to the following:

Name: Xbox 88 TCP
Port Number: 88

Protocol: TCP
Select: Ok

Then click "Add Port" then edit to the following:

Name: Xbox 3074 UDP
Port Number: 3074
Protocol: UDP
Select: Ok

Then "Ok",

Setting Up Xbox 360:
Connect your pc to your Xbox using a Ethernet Data Cable,
On your xbox 360 console under "My Xbox" go to "Settings" then select "Network Settings" then select "Configure Network" go to advanced settings and select "restore to factory defaults",

Lets See If It Worked:
After following the directions above select "Test Xbox Live Connection" if it sys "Xbox live is up and running! Your all Good

If not then make shure of the following:
- You have "Tether" running on your Phone,
- Your phone has a sufficant signal and data connection,
- You have "Connection Sharing" Enabled
- You Have Your Firewall Settings Edited To The Above Settings,
- Your Ethernet Cable Is A Data Cable
- You have Tether server Running on your pc
- You Have Connection to the internet, (Check by opening a webpage)

Known Problems:
I get an MTU error when trying to connect to xbox live.
This is why we use the app "Tether" it has not been known to get an mtu error
but if you do then the way you resolve this is to reset your xbox 360 while the "Tether" server is still runnung and this should fix it. if it does not then download a different tethering application (Note: Pdanet will give you the MTU error every time. do not use this app for this process but wait for updated versions of this software as they're trying to resolve this problem.

I can't connect to other players or join party's.
This is because you have a strict nat, to resolve this make shure your firewall settings are the way they are above, and under "Windows Firewall" Make shure your firewall is protecting your network adapter.

The "Sharing" tab is not there.
The sharing tab is not there because you only have 1 network adapter, this can be caused by installing a different os to your pc, the way to resolve this issue is to find out what driver your network card is supposed to have. To do this Type device manager in the start menu. (Note: Xp users do this by typing this into "Run") Look under "Other" for your network adapter if you get this (!) in yellow your network adapter is uninstalled now getting your specific network driver can be hard so you need to download "DriverMax" you also need to register to drivermax (Note: This is free!) then once you have drivermax downloaded Have it look for uninstalled drivers then it will find your missing driver then it will haave you download somthing for drivermax to let it know that you need to install this spacific driver. then it installs it for you then you will be prompted to restart your pc for the changes to take affect, do it. Once your Pc has restarted the "Sharing" tab should be there and a new network connection will appear under "Manage Network Connections" Your issue should have been resolved!

How do i check if i have a data cable?
To see what type of Ethernet cable you have you can look at the cord and find out, most cords have see through plugs on them, you look at the wires

Data cables wires look like this.
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
It will have wires in this order(White, Orange, White, Blue, White, Green, White, Red and has 8 wires.

Standerd Ethernet wires look like this.

Nice tutorial. But if you do this without an unlimited data plan it would cost so much money.
