Hit a Shot But wasnt Recording ?

Has it happend to you ?
Cause i Was Making a Recruiment Video For the Daft Clan And i was on terminal and hit an amazing shot but i look over and my PVR wasnt on Facepalm

I hit one today :\ but i was messing around in hardcore hq on mw2 , and i hit a shot off quarry , i flipped out it was a reload cancel jumpoff 360 noscope across the map :\

iv had about 2 good/ awsome things happen and i wasnt recorded. in mw2 i got 3 nukes in a row differnt matches obviouly bcuz the little kids in the game sucked and i threw a semtex across the map stuck some1 n i got a quad. but 1 i did record in black ops where where i set a car on fire while i got killed and i gotz a triple Very Happy
