Just for your info,you wont be able to join public matches,you'll be in the "modders pool" which mean no one can join your game unless they got a modded iso too.

I know, it states that in the video. You can still modify money and have some fun with other mods. If I were to guess, a fully working online menu will be released in a few days.

i know how to play with mod menu public online.
1:install the mod menu
2:do the moddings
3:unisstal the mod menu
4:play gta online
