Iv been wondering the same thing :/ I remember when i first started the story mode and i was Franklin i was in a jewelry shop and could purchase earrings but i didn't have enough money, they where like $10,000
And now i can't find the jewelry shop and i have over $40,000,00

Oh, are you sure it wasn't the clothing store 'Ponsonybys' ? There's suit's and fancy stuff and they sell Earings, but nothing else.
