There are 2 fountains. 1 in maze and 1 in front of the mansion.

Yep I found a way back around an hour ago.
You need lee roy to destroy the fountain at the front of the mansion first (beside the church), you then go to the other fountain in the middle of the maze and shoot it with like a ray gun or something. It will leave a hole in the ground for you to jump in.
YOU MUST make sure there is water in the hole before jumping, if there is no water in the hole then that means you haven't destroyed the first fountain at the front of the mansion, if you proceed to jump in you'll die and lose all your perks so make sure there is water inside and then jump in and yes it'll spawn you in the spawn room under the metal walkway which you originally spawn in.

*You also get the achievement for 20g called: 'When the revolution comes'
