This guy obviously doesn't like me and he has my ip saved or whatever on his computer and whenever he "feels like it" he just boots me offline sometimes for like 10-15 minutes. I don't like how somebody can just decide when he wants to boot me offline and I don't like how it feels like there is nothing I can do. I had a friend get his ip, but It's illegal to ddos so I try to stay away from that. Anything I can do to make him stop?

Get a dynamic IP it changes every time you reset you device. BTW DDOSing is a federal offense

If all goes bad call your ISP and tell them. They'll sort it out.

This guy who is booting me offline plays on a minecraft server that I do and as a donator he can use /whois on me and get my ip at any time tho, so changing my ip would only make it a minor set back for him.

If he knows what he's doing changing your IP won't help for all you know he's hitting your DNS and that's unchangeable unless you get a new isp

I don't really know much about him other than your username caught my memory he said he had a like 300k or something bot net and also he is supposedly a moderator on HackForums

Tell the owners or other mods and show them proof that he's booting you offline. If they don't care the server is obviously terrible and you shouldn't be playing on it anyway.
You could easily get some of us to help anyway. I would log onto the server as well and rage at everyone until he's banned.
