Considering the only tool that even remotely works is so slow, its easier to just ask someone with it on PC to do it. Unless you don't mind spending a few hours loading only items from the base game.

There are no editors as of now, me and my friend are building a class to read the gamesave thanks to the mapping of it here: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

We are currently about 1.5% done (which is actually a lot, but it doesn't seem like it since Skyrim save is extremely complex) I am building a small stat (Bounties, n stuff) editor right now to replace of the old one, there is no string searching in this.)

Actually there is an editor but its crap. Its called Solitudation and only deals with baseID's starting with 000 and requires constant saving and moving from PC to Xbox so its easier to just use modding services.

Yea, I had completely forgotten about the barrel editing method, I don't play this game much but I like to read up on it's data storage structures b/c they are so complex. I haven't ever heard of that editor though, after I get done building this Bounty/Crime/Basic stat editor I will work on building one to mod barrel method, then once my friend gets back online he and I will continue to work on the full editor.
