Well there not helping me, andi was very kind but yet they where rude to me! can anyone help me with my problem? Here was my conversation.

You are now ready to chat with Mridul.

Me: Today i bought battlefield 3 premium from gamestop and it didn't download to my xbox
Mridul: Please get in touch with you retailer (GameStop) for this issue who should be able to give you the resolution for this issue.
Me: So what your saying is you can't help me. I've already talked to xbox and they said i should contact you guys. I'm not sure gamestop will even do anything because i already tried to put in the code. The code worked it's just nothing was downloaded and i checked my historyt and nothing for bf3 is there t
Me: I just spent 50$ of my money that i've been gathering up and no one can help me
Mridul: Please try these steps.
Mridul: 1. Sign in to Xbox LIVE by using the gamer tag that you were using when you originally downloaded the content

2. Press the Guide button on the controller

3. Go to the Settings area, and then select Account Management.

4. Select Download History.

5. Select the item that you want to download.

6. Select Download Again.


Me: Yeah nothing for bf3 is in there. I even turned off my xbox and tried recovering my account
Mridul: The Gamestop gives the wrong code, Please contact the Gamestop who should be able to address your concern.

Me: wtf
Me: Ill see what i can do but i hope they'll give me a new code or something
Me: I don't even have my recpit because i threw it away so if they screw me over im going to request a manager over the phone next time and tell them how suppotive you are
Mridul: You can call our Phone support if you'll face this issue 1-866-543-5435
Me: Just go **** yourself. Why are you making this so hard i just want to support and maybe you ******s with your computers can fix this without me going all the way over to gamestop again.

You act like that to someone that is trying to help you? When he says contact Gamestop it means contact Gamestop. You don't go to walmart buy a tv and then contact Sony because there was an issue with the TV you go the walmart.
