My mate only plays 343, simply because if you have 3 amazing CB's you can tighten up the opponents play and force them to confront your defenders, and with 4 midfielders there are lots of passing opportunities and the 3 attackers make it a lethal force.
So if you take time to get used to it then it is extremely effective Smile

Just practise using it againts friends in H2H or manager mode Very Happy

A good player with a Good or Pacey Attack ...
Will most likely tear the defence apart .

3 at the back is not a good idea !

Personally when i get in a game with someone playing 3 at the back ...

its good but you'll just get butt raped on a full attack, so you need amazingly fast and defencive defenders! Very Happy
