I have the Savegames downloaded from TTG but... I don't know how to use them (New to modding)

So if someone could please help me I will +Rep.

Ps. I have Horizon Diamond..

Look up on youtube... but you basically take the gamesave and put it in horizon and open it and mod it

You need to change your:
Account ID
Console ID
Profile ID
all to your ID's
depending on the 1 you downloaded should already be downloaded
