its pretty good 8/10 i also like the background texture and the colors.

You wont be able to see the Facebook and other logos when you upload it but ill give it a 7/10 for your first.

I think it looks very nice and clean for a first,
you definitely have potential with YouTube backgrounds.
Keep on going with the effort(:

And when you save it,here's a little tip.
save for web and devices and save as png-24 for highest quality on YouTube.

Oh and for the rate 7/10 for first trying adding some things and a focal point.
