For Strength, should I kill Monkeys or bandits?

I'm 80 str and need 85 rather fast.
Should I kill monkeys at ape atoll, in the church.
or: Bandits?

I'm thinking monkeys, but not sure.
Please say what you think.

Definetly monkeys because you can use piety, or turmoil the whole time, however, if you have done the quests then I would highly recommend armored zombies with a salve amulet.
