The dvar_defaults.cfg might not be a bad idea. I'll look into it.

sweet yeah i have the file ready i just facked up my jtag lol. i just copied pasted the mod menu from like k brizzle's tree patch and put it in notepad. but yeah let me know if it works!

It would work but it wouldn't be infectable.

CFG mods don't infect.

well it would be a mod menu and you could unlock all challenges and stuff, there wouldnt be xp, well you could but it wouldnt stick. but anyways i thought they are infectable? ppl are now just figuring out infections by manually making them in notepad and naming it buttons_default.cfg and they infect.

As most of you know, IHC James created a TU7 Bypass and gave it to teh1337 to host...

Well, This is probably how he does it.

He launches a file off his Dev Kit and it creates a Connection to the computer and he's doing something from there to get mods to work....

Teh1337's "Devkit" was online when he did MW3 Recoveries "He clearly states That the System Update is giving him problems" Correct? Then how is he still hosting Xp lobby's and infections, Obviously its infections to his retail, thats just a guess, what do you think?
