Hockey for sure. More fights break out in hockey and there's a lot of body to body contact with each other. Football has a lot of body to body contact too but you only play on either offense or defense. In hockey, you play offense and defense depending on the game itself.

Maybe a draw between hockey and rugby but hockey has much harder physical contact because you're skating 30mph.

unless you go to a little 2A school like me and have to play both ways. I play Linebacker, Offensive Guard, Kick off, and punt return (i DO NOT return them lol). I get a break on extra point. So I would say football. Although Hockey is second

Ya I always found it odd how Hockey has the Oldest players, And they take so much Physical Damage.

I play football for my highschool and am a right guard on the defensive line. Football and hockey have most contact. Football is first.
