Problem running GTA IV

The graphics are screwed up. My computer isn't the best, but it can run games with more demanding graphics than GTA IV. (Battlefield 3 runs fine, but graphics are on low of course) I think it is the game, and I'm wondering if anyone knows a fix to this?

You probably need to update your graphics card drivers. If it still doesn't work then reinstall the game.

Either your HDD is very slow or you are using a very low end Graphics card. One or the other can not keep up with loading all the textures in GTA IV. I would recommend at least a SSD and a Radeon HD 6670 for this game
