Sorry if this is no help atall.

Many laptops can't actually play Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 because of its graphics and sheer amount of Random Access Memory(RAM) it uses. You may actually have too get a better laptop or save up and go buy a decent desktop that you can go and upgrade the Graphics card (Good ones are about 200 but you can get for cheaper if you look around) and Random Access Memory(RAM) is quite cheap on ebay and Amazon, i suggest getting about 6gb of Random Access Memory(RAM).
