All Middle Schools In My County Have A Dress Code. We Have To Were Kahki Pants,A Belt,School Shirt Or Polo Shirts And We Have To Tuck In Our Shirts.

my HS has unis and i like it cuz u dont have to be concerned about what to wear cuz everyone dresses the same

Some schools make you wear uniforms so that you look respectable when you are out of school. Think about it.

Lets say you go into a shop or something wearing your school uniform. People see that you look respectable and then, because of you, they respect that school.

But other than that, uniforms are incredibly stupid and uncomfortable.

There is a major reason why many HS have them, to prevent unethical clothing styles..such as gangs and girls being inappropriate. But what I find to be more ridiculous is how expensive they are. I remember my T-shirt and casual pants alone costs over $150 Canadian.
