In Florida you don't need a license to own a gun. Other states are different.

Any person can own a gun as long as you can pass a background check and provide appropriate identification.

In the United States, you need no license. I don't know where these other guys live, but I for one live in Tennessee and I know. You do know how much Desert Eagles cost don't you? Very expensive and almost $40 per box of 20 shells.
