What happens in Lucid Dreaming is that you are aware that you are dreaming, when you are aware, you can control. Sleep paralysis happens, because youre supposed to be sleeping, so your body thinks you are sleeping. But you see the dreams.

I have some questions about it:

1. When you enter sleep paralysis, how long do you have to wait? I have woken up in sleep paralysis a few times, and they were the scariest experiences in my life.

2. When you are in the dream, is it easy to manipulate the world around you? Does it look just like the real? If your not consciously imagining the setting of the dream, does it stay like the original?

3. How long do you have inside the dreams? Does it feel like hours or minutes?

4. Can you feel anything in the dreams?

5. What do you see if you look in the mirror?

6. Are you easily able to pull yourself out of the dream incase you start having a nightmare?

Lastly, what is your worst experience in a dream?

1. The time varies, it can take 1 minute, it can take 10 minutes. It all depends. I've known people that were in it for 10 minutes, some who were barely in it.

2. My first LD, I LD a different way than normal, a 10x easier way. You dont need to worry about sleep paralysis my way. My first time, I was in NY Smile I saw someone coming to kill me, I did my trick, and I realized I was in my dream = LD. I than just started flying and I cut that guy up and had control from there on in that dream.

3. It depends on when your LD starts, one minute in the dream could be 30 in real time. But like in most dreams, time isn't kept, so you dont know how long its been in the dream.

4. You can feel things, its like a normal dream, but you have control and you realize your dreaming. Ever seen the movie inception? Its somewhat like that.

5. That might be part of my trick. Wink you have to find out or aim me.

6. Like in most dreams, when you are falling, or getting shot at or about to die, you wake up, but in LD, you have total control, you can do anything. Including flying, to escape the fall, or being invincible to not die after getting shot, or anything else.

7. A caveman banging on my door, with a wooden thing they hold, with spikes on it. Weird dream, long time ago. aim me at austintyler8897 for help
