Microsoft refunded me the 20 he spent, + I got to keep CoD4.

You probably gave that guy a Level 80 dummy account that had your credit card on it. As he made a post looking for an "MW3 LEVEL 80 DUMMY ACCOUNT" I'm not saying you did but its most likely you did give him your account and didn't realize your credit card was on it.

First of all watch out on what your downloading on your computer
It is as simple as downloading a toolbar and it can easily scan all your history such as:
Credit Card Info
Login Info
Etc.

Another way to get your profile is by crypting it which mean if any 1 has recovered your account they can easily take it to there computer and crypt it.
