idk if the link will save your settings but if it did and it's as is costing $449 its not really going to run any newer games well unless they are set at pretty low settings just based off of their tested frame rates and not even looking at components

after looking at some of the components I would tell you that for gaming you will not want integrated graphics... they are not very good. look or decide on something with a video card and not integrated. for the best performance build one yourself, plus before you say its hard it's really not it's just plugging in lots of things and trying to make sure all of the cables are neatly tucked away.
